One-week online training with coaching

Online session with a trainer after every training (method depending on the individual, e.g. video, e-mail, etc.)

Ongoing feedback regarding training goals and progress.

Suggested for more advanced people with some gym experience.

★ People with active packages can use them to book online training. Others are required to pay via wire transfer.

One-month online training program

PLN 190 / month

Individual training program with descriptions and links to exercises.

Training program with a simple progression goal and a set number of session units per week (up to 2 units per week).

The first consultation consists of evaluation of capabilities and equipment availability + creating a training plan for the first week. After 7 days, the plan gets modified.

★ People with active packages can use them to book online training. Others are required to pay via wire transfer (the sum of PLN 110 can be collected from your active package, the rest needs to be paid via wire transfer).
