Personal Training

At Body Support, you train under the supervision of true professionals. We tailor your training plan to your individual needs. It doesn’t matter whether you are an experienced gym member or a total beginner. We invite you to pay us a visit at our training facility in Ursynow, Warsaw, where we will prepare a training plan just for you. Our door is always open.

Functional Assessment

Training the right way should always start with functional assessment. It underlies any effective and safe workout. Our personal trainer will guide you through various tests, which will help us identify any limitations in terms of joint mobility or coordination.

I had a chance to work with Kamil during my preparation to climb the tallest one of the Caucasus Mountains – Mount Elbrus (5,642 meters). This endeavor required a lot of strength, endurance and physical efficiency. He put together a workout plan, which accounted exactly for the factors that were the most important to me. Then, he guided me through the last weeks of training before my excursion. Thanks to the well-tailored workout plan, I reached the peak of my physical form just before the trip. I also reached the Elbrus summit and even then I felt great in terms of my physical capabilities. I need to give credit where credit is due – it was all because of Kamil. Before my next trip in the upcoming year, I will definitely ask Kamil for assistance again. His knowledge and passion are what makes his personal trainings so helpful.

I met Kamil at a personal trainer course, where he ran a seminar. At that time, I have been jogging and using a personal training service for a few years. I fell in love with running and started to take part in amateur competitions. My main goal was to improve my time results. Back then, I had no idea how to put together an effective workout plan. This was the reason why I approached Kamil. We trained together for a few months. He showed me why I didn’t need to take part in competitions every week, changed my attitude towards jogging and taught me how to plan my workouts. All of this allowed me to beat my PRs. He always stayed available so I could count on my personal trainer’s advice. Thanks to all his help, now I know how to train effectively and efficiently.

I started jogging in 2012. After the initial period of rapid improvement in fitness, at some my progression stopped. I ran everyday, took part in competitions but my results did not improve. Then in 2015, I received a voucher for personal running training with Kamil. It was the best thing that could have happened on my sportsman journey. Kamil calmly explained to me what mistakes I had made during my training so far, pointed out elements to improve (mobility and stretching after working out) and put together a new training plan for me. I started seeing the results immediately. I owe my current results to Kamil. I am incredibly grateful. Even when I suffered my injury, Kamil recommended me a wonderful physical therapist and later he created a functional training plan which helped me quickly return to running. He has always been very open and willing to help with advice or a kind word. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer - both to beginners and advanced athletes of all disciplines.
